When is a referral required?

A GP referral is required from your treating doctor to access Dr Albert.

What is the Medicare rebate?

 

The Medicare rebate can be accessed for all reviews by Dr Albert if you have a valid doctor's referral. Please note that Dr Albert does not bulk bill, so there will be an out of pocket cost for consultations. For more information about the fees, please contact the Brighton Minds admin team.

What if I cancel or miss my appointment?

Dr Albert will attempt to facilitate changes in appointments as required. Please provide as much notice as possible when rescheduling or cancelling appointments. Cancellation fees apply if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time or if there is a non-attendance.
